Adidas WEEK 11 Wall Display - Hypothetical Store

Menswear, for week 10, generated a total of £383.00 sales, which is a total of 26% of total department sales. The business wants to raise that by 20%.
The solution I have provided, is a wall display targeted at men who shop with the practical intent to find breathable lightweight merchandise for running or use of the gym when weightlifting. Using block merchandising and distributing the colour, my solution is an attempt to create an outfit-build by mixing & matching designs to create trendy looks to suit the customers requirements, while working out.
The build on the left is for an older customer of Adidas, and the build on the right is targeted towards a younger audience with the mesh inserts around the back of the knee on the short/legging combo, with the ‘Primeknit' stretch fabric printed jackets, in both colours. To accompany this we have a selection of running trainers at the top, and weightlifting shoes at the bottom, alongside running accessories such as caps and gloves, to keep warm on colder days in the UK.
The aim of this display is to entice in an older customer who potentially has more money to spend with Adidas, to feel curious, instead of intimidated to explore younger fresher designs. It’s made to blend both audiences together, especially with regards to footwear choices, as they all face to the right ‘younger’ outfit build.
Minor improvements
-
To places accessories above the bottoms
-
To hang two different sets of gloves, one thicker by design on the display for the older customer, and some thinner lightweight gloves for the younger customer. Both paired with the snapbacks.

Superdry Halloween Window Display
This window display communicates an on-brand cultural statement, to provoke thought from potential customers. The display would be accompanied by a ‘poll like’ question box, which will provide an ‘call-to-action’ to customers in the form of a POS stand at the entrance of the assigned store. An example of a possible question could be... ‘’What does the divide between The East & The West, mean to you?’’ Ultimately, the aim is to improve buyer personas to aid not only the Visual Merchandising of future displays, but to also influence the design/buying and marketing depatments, with information on what customers really beleive with regards to culture that surrounds the brand, Superdry. Closed Window Display Dimensions: Approx 4.9 metres H by 7.6 metres Width Spider legs length: Approx 1 metre Spider leg width: Approx 5 inches Female/male Adult Mannequin position: chest at eye-level and lighting should also hit this area to attract attention to the merchandise.
